Our place is at Kalpna Bhumi Estate, right across the road from the old Rustam Mill on Dudheswar Road. It’s a real industrial area, so don't expect it to be quiet or particularly clean. There’s always some sort of noise coming from the machines next door, and trucks are constantly backing in to load up. We deal with industrial supplies, so our space is filled with metal racks, heavy boxes, and bits of packing material. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know exactly where every part is kept. We don't have a front desk or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, you’ll find one of us in the back checking the inventory or on the phone with a supplier. We’ve been operating here for a good number of years and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. The heat in the summer can be a real bother since the roof is high and the fans only do so much. We drink a lot of tea to keep going. We don't bother with fancy signs or advertisements. Most people find us because they’ve been coming here for years or someone told them we have what they need. It’s just honest, hard work every day. We get in early, we do the packing and the loading, and we head home when the job is done. It’s a simple life and it works for us.
