Druna Academy

Druna Academy is located at Shop No 21 inside Govardhan Enclave. We are in the Meghaninagar area, very close to Amarjyot High School. Because we are so near the school, we see the students walking by all the time in their uniforms. The shop is a small space, but we’ve managed to fit enough desks and chairs for the groups that come in. It’s a bit tight sometimes, but it works for what we need. Meghaninagar is a busy residential and commercial mix. There’s always something happening outside the enclave. We have a small sign above the shop door so people can find us easily. It’s not a fancy place with air conditioning and plush carpets; it’s just a simple room where we teach our daily lessons. The fans run constantly during the summer months to keep the air moving, though they can be a bit loud. I usually spend my time sitting at the main desk near the entrance. We’ve become a part of the local routine here. Parents drop their kids off and sometimes stay to chat for a minute before heading off. We don't have any big marketing plans or corporate strategies. We just focus on the lessons for the day and make sure the students understand their homework. It’s a small, local business and we are happy with that. We’ve been at Shop 21 for a good while now and it suits us just fine, even with the limited space we have.
