We are based in Vadodara, specifically in the D-105 unit of the Vallbha Nagar Society in Tarsali. It’s a quiet residential area that also has some business spots like ours tucked away. Being in India, we deal with all the usual local challenges, from the dusty roads during the dry season to the heavy rains later on. Our office is a simple one. We have our desks, our filing cabinets, and a small space for meetings that usually ends up being used for storage too. We’ve been operating out of this Tarsali location for some time, and it suits the way we work. We aren't a big corporation with a shiny glass building. Instead, we are just a group of people working on engineering and project details. A lot of our time is spent coordinating with people outside the office, so there’s a lot of back-and-forth communication throughout the day. We keep things pretty informal among ourselves. There is usually a pot of tea going somewhere in the corner. Most of our clients know us personally or have worked with us for years, so we don't need to do much to prove ourselves. We just show up every morning and handle whatever the day brings. It’s a steady way of doing business in a part of town that feels like home to most of us. We aren't looking to change much about how we run things here.
