Aia Engineering

Aia Engineering is spread across a few different spots here, specifically Plot No. 103, 104, 105, and 118 in the Kerala Gidc. It is a large area to cover, and we spend a lot of time walking between the different plots to see what is happening. Each section has its own purpose, whether it is for the heavy machines or storing the finished parts. Being in the Kerala Gidc means we are surrounded by other industrial plants. It is a lot of metal and concrete around here. We have quite a few people working on the various lines. It gets pretty loud when all the engineering equipment is running at once. We don't really have a central story; we just are a company that makes things and keeps the wheels turning. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when we have a lot of components to move between the buildings. The plots aren't all right next to each other in a perfect line, so there is some back and forth across the lanes. We try to keep things as tidy as an engineering plant can be, but there is always some grease or dust somewhere. Aia Engineering has been a fixture in this Gidc for a while. We focus on the daily output and making sure the machines don't break down unexpectedly. It’s basic, hard work, and that is how we like it most of the time.
