Sandvik Asia Lt.

We’re over in Ahmedabad, specifically in the Bapunagar area at 4, Mahavir Jain Society. If you are trying to find us, we are right near the Amber Cinema. Most folks around here know that landmark, so it usually makes finding our office a bit easier. We’ve been running this Sandvik Asia Lt. branch from this location for quite a while now. The society is a mix of people living there and small businesses, so it has a pretty lively feel. It’s definitely not a polished business park or anything like that. It is just a regular building where we have set up our desks. We have our filing cabinets and a small area for tea, and that’s basically it. We aren't here to put on any kind of show. We just do the daily tasks and manage the local business needs. The traffic by the cinema can get a bit loud on the weekends or when a new movie is playing, but during the regular work week, it’s just the normal city noise. We have a small group of us working here. We know the neighborhood well and we like being part of the Bapunagar scene. It’s a very practical way to have an office. We don’t have any fancy furniture. We just focus on getting the paperwork and the orders sorted out correctly. It’s a basic, honest way to work, and it seems to suit everyone here just fine. We don't use much marketing talk or anything like that.
