You can find us in Phase 4 of the GIDC in Naroda, at plot 1216/20. This whole area is industrial, so there’s always the sound of machines and trucks reversing. Our building is like most others around here—practical and built for work. We are in the pharmaceutical line, which keeps us pretty occupied with various regulations and production schedules. The air in Naroda GIDC has that metallic, industrial smell to it that you never really lose. We spend our days in the facility, checking on things and making sure the batches are moving along. It’s not the kind of place you come to for a tour. It’s where things are made. The office part is just some desks shoved into a corner where we can keep the records straight. We eat our lunch together in a small break room when we get the chance. Sometimes the heat in Phase 4 gets intense, especially in May, but we have some fans that keep the air moving. We aren't trying to impress anyone with how the place looks. We just want to make sure the products are right and the boxes are shipped on time. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but that is what life in a GIDC zone is like for everyone here. We just put our boots on and get to it.
