Out in Naroda, things are always moving. We are located in G.I.D.C. Phase 4, specifically at 1216/20. Our neighbors are a Sutar Karkhan and the Pepsi company, so there is never a quiet moment. You hear the clanking of metal and the rumble of heavy engines all day long. The sun really beats down on this part of the estate, so the warehouse can get quite stuffy. We have a few big industrial fans that help a bit, but mostly you just get used to the heat. We do not have a fancy reception area or a lounge for guests. If you come by, you will probably find us in the middle of a task, wearing our work clothes and maybe a bit of sweat. We handle a lot of different things here, and the floor is always busy with people moving boxes or checking labels. The walls could use a new coat of paint, and the floor has some cracks from where we dropped a heavy crate a few years back. It is not a showroom; it is a place where we get our hands dirty. We take our breaks when we can, usually sitting on some plastic chairs near the side door where there is a bit of a breeze. It is a tough environment, but the people here are solid. We do not talk much about goals, we just make sure the orders are right before the trucks leave.
