Our place is out in Village Lodariyal, specifically at Survey No. 47. It’s a bit of a trek from the main town, but we’ve been at this spot for quite some time now. Dishman Pharmaceuticals And Chemicals Limited sounds like a big name, but when you're actually here, it feels more like a regular workplace where everyone knows each other. We spend most of our time dealing with batches of chemicals and making sure the storage is right. The weather in this part of the Taluka can get pretty intense, so we have to keep a close eye on the cooling systems and the vents. It’s not all labs and white coats; there’s a lot of heavy lifting and moving drums around the sub plot area too. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up because we're short-handed, but we manage to get through it. The road leading to the village can be a bit bumpy after the rains, so getting supplies in takes some planning. Most of our crew comes from the nearby villages and they’ve been with us for a while. We usually start the day with a quick talk about what’s on the schedule and then everyone just gets to their station. There’s no big speech every morning, just the sound of the equipment starting up. We’ve added a few sections to the building as we needed more space for the chemical processing. It’s a lot of work keeping everything running right, but we’re used to the pace.
