Dhanlaxmi Steel Furniture

Dhanlaxmi Steel Furniture has been sitting here at Plot No. C/10 in the Adarsh Estate for a good while now. We are right opposite Haridham Estate in Odhav. If you walk into our place, you are going to smell metal and paint immediately. That is just how a furniture shop should be. We make a lot of different things out of steel, like cupboards and racks and chairs. It is heavy work and my hands are usually stained with something by the end of the day. We do not have a big showroom with bright lights. Most of our stuff is just stacked up in the workshop until someone comes to pick it up. The industrial estate is always busy with trucks moving in and out. Sometimes it gets really hot under the tin roof during the summer, but we keep the fans going and get on with the welding. We use simple tools and machines that have worked for us for years. It is a practical business. People in Odhav know us for making things that do not break easily. We do not use fancy words to describe what we do. We just take the steel, cut it, weld it, and paint it. It is a bit loud and dusty here, but we are used to it. The shop is our second home. We are just local people making furniture for other local people and businesses.
