Our office is located in Goyal Intercity, right on Drive-In Road in Ahmedabad. It’s a pretty lively area, and being in A-7/34 means we’re right in the thick of things. We’ve been here long enough that the guards at the gate don't even ask who we are anymore. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a few drafting tables and some computers that have seen better days. We don't really go for the high-end corporate look. Most people who come to see us are just locals looking for some help with their property. We spend a lot of time explaining things and sketching ideas on whatever scrap of paper is nearby. It’s not always a smooth process. Sometimes we disagree on where a wall should go or what color the exterior should be, but we usually figure it out over some tea. Ahmedabad is a city with a lot of history, but also a lot of new construction, so we’re always trying to find a balance between the two. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small team trying to do honest work for people in our city. It’s mostly about making things fit in the space we’re given, which can be a real puzzle sometimes.
