You can find us at 157 Patel Vas. It’s a neighborhood where everyone knows everyone. Architectural Planning & Interior Design is a bit of a mouthful, but we just tell people we help them build their houses. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Our office is basically a room filled with cabinets of old files and a few desks pushed together. It’s not fancy, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time on the planning side of things, making sure all the permits are in order and the drawings are accurate. Then we move on to the interiors, which is always the part where people have the most opinions. We try to listen more than we talk. Every family has a different way of living, and their house should reflect that. We aren't interested in making a statement; we just want the layout to make sense. We see a lot of the same faces walking by our window every day. Sometimes they pop in just to say hello or ask a quick question about a wall they want to knock down or a color they saw. We don’t mind. It’s part of being in Patel Vas. We keep our prices fair and our work honest. There are no shortcuts in building, so we try to make sure everything is done right from the start. It’s a lot of small details that most people don’t notice until they are actually living in the space every day.
