Designation - Recruitment Officer

Our office is tucked away in A-2, Aavishkar Society. It is quite close to the Rajvadu Hotel in Jivrajpark. Most people in Ahmedabad know the hotel, so it makes finding us a lot easier. We work as a Recruitment Officer here. It is a quiet neighborhood, which is nice when you have to talk to people all day. The society is friendly. We spend most of our mornings going through applications and calling people up. It can get a bit repetitive, but it’s what we know how to do. The office isn't very big, but it’s enough for what we need. We have been here for some time now. Sometimes the heat in Ahmedabad gets to be a bit much, but we have our fans going. We see a lot of different faces coming through the door. Everyone is looking for something different. We just try to help out where we can. It’s not a corporate skyscraper or anything like that. It’s a real place with real people working inside. We keep a simple schedule. Jivrajpark is a good area to be in. We like the local shops nearby for lunch. It feels like we are part of the community here. There is always someone dropping by to ask a question. We don't use big words or fancy titles, even if the name sounds a bit formal. It’s just us doing our bit. We like the pace here. It suits us.
