Delight Fabricators

You can find us at No. A-45 in the Bileshwar Estate. We are right opposite the Veaari Maha Mandal on the Odhav Kathwada Road, not far from the Ring Road. Delight Fabricators is a busy little spot. There is always the sound of grinding or welding going on, so it’s pretty loud from morning until evening. We’ve got a few big tables where we lay out the metal and try to make sense of the sketches we get. Sometimes the sketches aren't very clear, so we have to sit down and figure it out as we go. That’s just part of being fabricators. We don't have a showroom. What you see is the workshop where all the actual work happens. The floor is stained and there are scraps of iron in the corners, but we know where everything is. We started this because we liked working with our hands. It’s hard work, and your back usually aches by the time you go home, but it’s satisfying to see a pile of raw material turn into something useful. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just cut, bend, and join things together. Most of our neighbors in the estate are doing similar things, so there’s a good sense of community around here. We help each other out with tools or advice when things get tricky. There is always something that needs to be moved or organized so we are never really standing still.
