Darshan Chemist And Provision Stores is located in the Jivrajpark Shopping Center in Bapunagar. We are quite close to Vidyaniketan High School, so the area is always buzzing with students and parents during the day. Our shop has a mix of everything. One side is full of medicines for all kinds of common issues, and the other side has provisions like soaps, biscuits, and bottled drinks. The shopping center is an older building, so it has that local feel that you don't find in big malls. We have a big counter where we handle all the sales, and there’s usually a stack of newspapers there in the morning. People from the nearby residential blocks in Bapunagar come here because they know we have been around for a long time. The shelves go all the way up to the ceiling, so we often have to use a small stool to reach the items at the very top. It can get a bit loud outside with the school nearby and all the traffic, but we don't mind it. We start early in the morning by sweeping the front and arranging the items that were delivered late the day before. It is a very normal shop where we know many of our customers' names and what they usually buy. We just try to keep things moving and help people get what they need for their homes.
