D. K. Tools

We have been working out of A/158, Ambica Nagar for a good number of years now. D. K. Tools is located right opposite Uttam Nagar on Nikol Road, which is a pretty busy spot. Our shop isn't anything fancy to look at. We mostly spend our days surrounded by wrenches, hammers, and all sorts of hardware. The shelves are always a bit of a mess because people are constantly coming in and out looking for things. It gets a bit dusty with all the metal around, but that is just part of the job. Most of the folks who stop by are locals from the neighborhood needing a quick fix for something at home. We open up early in the morning and stay until the sun goes down. Sometimes the traffic on Nikol Road is so loud you can barely hear the customers, but we’re used to it. We don't spend money on big advertisements or anything like that. People just know where we are. We have a lot of different bolts and screws that are hard to find elsewhere. It’s just us here, doing what we do. We try to keep things simple. If you need a tool, you come in, find it, and you're on your way. It is a plain way to make a living, but it works for us in this part of town.
