Curious Minds

Curious Minds is over at the Shubh Complex in unit T-14, which is on Camp Road in the Shahibaug area. It’s quite near the Rajasthan Hospital, so that’s a good landmark to use if you’re trying to find us for the first time. Ahmedabad is a big city, but our little corner of Shahibaug feels quite familiar once you’ve been here a few times. We focus on getting people to think and learn, and the atmosphere in our room reflects that. It’s not a huge place, but it is enough for the groups we have coming in. We have a lot of books on the shelves and papers spread out on the tables most of the time. It looks like a place where work actually happens. We don’t spend much time worrying about the decor. The walls have some posters and charts on them, and the chairs are comfortable enough for a long session. The traffic on Camp Road can be a bit much during rush hour, but we usually stay focused on what’s happening inside. We see a variety of people coming through, mostly students from the nearby schools or residents from the surrounding apartments. It’s a quiet, steady kind of business. We keep our doors open and just get on with the day’s tasks. There’s no big mystery to how we run things; we just show up and do our best to help out. It's just what we do here.
