Crown Steel Company

Crown Steel Company is based at No. B/2 in Chandresh Society. We are located pretty close to the Naroda Plot Station, so it’s easy for people to find us if they are in the Naroda area. The shop is a bit of a mix of old tools and stuff we’ve picked up over the years. We do a lot of work with steel, mostly just basic things that regular folks or small businesses need. It’s a noisy place when the saws are going, but we don’t mind it much. We’ve been in this part of Naroda for quite a while now. The neighborhood knows us and we know the neighborhood. It’s not a big corporate operation, just a handful of us making sure things get built right. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of materials delivered, and we have to shuffle things around to find our tools. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or anything. The walls are just plain and the floor is concrete, which is all you really need for a steel shop. Most of the day is spent measuring, cutting, and joining pieces together. We take a lunch break when we can, and then it’s back to the noise. It’s a simple life, but we like working with our hands and seeing something finished at the end of the day. Our days are long, but we just keep at it until everything is done.
