Vatva is a massive place, and Phase-4 is one of those spots where you can easily get lost if you don't know the plot numbers. We are over at No. 34 in the Karnavati Industrial Estate, Part-2. The exact plot is 5401/D. Being in a GIDC area means everything is about production. At Coral Drugs Ltd, the day starts pretty early. There is always a lot of activity with trucks coming in and out of the estate. The air here usually smells a bit like chemicals or exhaust, which is normal for an industrial zone like this. Our building is a standard block, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s all about the work. We spend a lot of time monitoring the different processes. It’s important to stay on top of things because even small mistakes can slow everyone down. The workers have their own routine, and there’s a sense of rhythm to the way the day goes. We aren't looking to be the loudest company in the area, just one that stays steady. In the afternoons, the heat in Ahmedabad can be brutal, so we make sure the ventilation is working as well as it can. It’s a lot of hard work and not much glamour. We just keep our heads down and focus on what needs to be shipped out by the end of every week.
