Our small team works out of Ahmedabad. We've been doing management stuff for a bit now. It's mostly about helping businesses figure out their systems so things don't fall apart. Gujarat is a place where people work hard, so we try to keep up with that pace. We don't have a big fancy office with a lobby, just a space where we get things done. Most days involve looking at spreadsheets or talking to clients about their staff. It's not glamorous, but it's what we know how to do. Sometimes the traffic in Ahmedabad makes it hard to get to meetings on time, but we manage. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the companies we work with have what they need. We know the local market and how things usually go around here. Some people come to us when they have a problem they can't solve on their own. We listen, take some notes, and see if we can help out. It's a lot of back-and-forth emails and phone calls. We've stayed in the 380051 area because it's convenient for us. Life moves fast here, and we just try to stay organized. It keeps us busy enough throughout the week. There’s always another project or a question that needs an answer, and we’re just here to handle those bits and pieces. We often eat lunch at our desks while we finish up reports. The office gets quite warm in the summer months, but the fan helps a bit.
