Changodar Steel Stores

We operate out of Godawn No. B-1 in Changodar, right across from Nova Petro Chemicals. Being on the Sarkhej-Bavla Highway makes it easy for trucks to get in and out, which is pretty much essential for a steel store. This part of Sanand is very industrial, so there’s always a lot of dust and noise from the traffic. We’ve been in this warehouse for a long time now. It’s a big, open space filled with various steel products. It isn't pretty, but it’s functional. We spend most of our time loading and unloading or checking the inventory. The village of Changodar has grown a lot since we first set up here. Back then, there weren't as many factories. Now, it's a hub of activity. We are just a small part of that. The staff here is mostly local guys from Moraiya and around the tehsil. We aren't corporate people; we wear work boots and get our hands dirty. Sometimes the heat in the godown is almost too much in the summer, but we keep the fans going and get through the day. We don't make big promises, we just supply what people order. It’s a simple business model that has kept us going through the years. If you’re driving down the highway, you’ll see our gate. We’re usually there early in the morning.
