Celestis Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away at No. 12 Shivam Industrial Park. We’re right opposite the Sanoday Hotel on the Chachavad Gam Road, off the Changodar Moraiya highway. It’s a long address, but once you find the hotel, we aren't hard to spot. Being out near NH-8A means there’s always a lot of heavy traffic, especially trucks moving goods across the state. We’ve got our spot in the C-2super Society area, which is mostly just other industrial units and warehouses. The work we do here is pretty straightforward pharma stuff. We have a set routine every morning—checking the inventory, starting up the machines, and making sure the labels are printed correctly. It’s not the kind of job where you see something new every day, but we like the consistency. The air out here is a bit heavy with the dust from the highway, and we’re always cleaning the windows. We have a small break area where we sit on plastic chairs and talk about the cricket scores. It’s a decent group of people working here, mostly locals from the surrounding villages and some from Ahmedabad. We don't have any fancy mission statements hanging on the walls. We just want to finish the day's orders and make sure everything is packed securely before the transport arrives in the evening. It’s a lot of boxes and tape, but it’s what keeps the lights on for us.
