Challengers Overseas

Our office for Challengers Overseas is located at 801 Loha Bhavan, right by the Income Tax 4th Road on Ashram Road. Being up on the eighth floor means we are a bit removed from the street noise, which is nice because Ashram Road is always packed with cars and people. Loha Bhavan is a well-known building in this part of town. The office itself is quite functional. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some maps and calendars to keep track of everything. We handle overseas business, so we are often working with different time zones. This means some of us stay late or come in early to catch people on the other side of the world. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the details are right before anything gets shipped. The building is usually full of people going to the tax office, so the lobby is always buzzing. We just go up the elevator and get to work in our space. It’s a plain office where we drink too much tea and talk about shipping rates. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall; we just have a list of things that need to get done by the end of the day. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it seems to work for us. We just keep our heads down and handle the logistics of moving stuff across borders.
