Cept University

Our little office is actually Room No 58 in H Block of the Boys Hostel at CEPT University. It’s located in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad. Since we are inside the university hostel, the environment is very different from a standard business park. It’s a bit cramped, to be honest. We have our desks crammed in there along with a lot of books, papers, and architectural drawings. We handle various campus-related projects and some administrative work from this room. It’s always got a bit of that student energy around, which keeps us on our toes. The walls are a bit thin, so we can hear everything going on in the hallway. We don't have fancy office chairs, just the basic ones that came with the room and a few extras. It gets pretty dusty, so we are always cleaning our keyboards. We don't have a big budget for things, so we make do with what we have. Most of the people who come by are students or faculty members. There’s no dress code here, obviously. We just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. Navrangpura is a great area because there is always something happening and the food nearby is cheap and good. It’s a very basic, no-frills way to work. We don't have any big corporate goals, we just try to finish our assignments and keep things moving forward for the university community.
