Career Mosaic Pvt Ltd. is located over at C-19 in Hans Colony. We're pretty easy to find if you know where the 137 last bus stop is in New Bapunagar. It’s a local neighborhood in Ahmedabad, so there’s always something happening right outside our door. Our office isn't anything fancy to look at. We have some desks, some chairs, and a lot of files that need sorting. We spend our days talking to people who come by looking for advice or help with their next steps. It’s a lot of paperwork and sometimes the process is slower than we’d like, but we stay at it. We aren't trying to be some huge corporate entity. We're just a small private company trying to do right by the people who walk through our door. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when too many people show up at once. We just pull up an extra chair and make it work. The staff here is mostly local, so we know the area well and we know the struggles people face. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just talk like regular people and explain things as they are. It’s a bit noisy with the buses going by, but we’ve gotten used to it. We keep things moving and try to stay organized, even if it doesn't always look like it from the outside. We’ve been here for years and we plan to stay for many more.
