Cadka Pharmaceutical Limited

Our spot is out on S G Road, which is basically the main artery of Gujarat these days. It used to be much quieter, but now it is all malls and big offices. We are somewhere in the middle of all that growth. Working here at Cadka Pharmaceutical Limited means dealing with the constant hum of cars and bikes zooming past. The office is not very large, but we make it work. We have a few rooms for storage and a couple of desks where we handle the billing and phone calls. Sometimes the power goes out for a few minutes and we all just sit there waiting for the generator to kick in. It gives us a chance to stretch our legs. We do not really have a reception desk or anything formal like that. If someone walks in, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and helps them out. It is a bit informal, maybe, but it is how we have always done things. The walls are covered in old calendars and some charts that have been there since I started. We drink a lot of water because the air conditioning struggles when the afternoon sun hits the front windows. It gets bright and hot, so we usually keep the blinds pulled down halfway. We do not spend much on decor because we would rather just get the work done and head home to our families. It is just a normal office on a very busy and noisy road.
