Cadilla Pharma

We are based out at the Cadilla Corporate Campus which is situated on the Sarkhez Dholka Highway. It’s in Bhat Village, or Bhat/N as some maps show it. It’s a pretty large area, and we have been here for a long time. Even though it is called a corporate campus, we try to keep things grounded. There is a lot of space between the buildings and we spend a lot of time walking from one section to another. The highway is always busy with trucks and cars, but once you get inside the campus, it is a bit quieter. We have our own routine here. Every morning starts with a quick check of the schedule and then we just get to work. We deal with all sorts of pharma related tasks throughout the day. The office we work in has big windows but we are usually too busy to look out of them for long. We have a cafeteria on site where most of us grab a quick bite and talk about things other than work. It is a big place but you still end up seeing the same faces every day. We’ve seen the campus grow over the years as more things were built around Bhat Village. It feels like its own little world sometimes. We just focus on the logistics and the practical side of running such a big operation without getting too caught up in the details.
