Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

We've been here on Sarkhej Dholka Road in Bhat for quite a while now. If you know the area, you know it gets busy with all the trucks and people moving around. Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is just one of those places that's part of the landscape. Most of us here just show up, do our shifts in the lab or the office, and try to get things out on time. It’s not always glamorous work, dealing with chemicals and machinery all day long, but it’s what we do. The Bhat area has changed a lot over the years, more buildings coming up and more noise, but we just keep going. Sometimes the dust from the road gets into everything if the windows are left open. We make medicines, mostly, though the paperwork feels like it takes up more space than the actual products sometimes. It's a big operation, but when you're inside, it's just a bunch of desks and people trying to figure out the schedule for the next week. We drink a lot of tea to stay awake during the long afternoons. People come and go from the city, and the commute can be a real pain if you hit the wrong time. We aren't trying to change the whole world overnight, just making sure the batches are right and the trucks get loaded. It’s a job, you know? A steady one that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
