Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

Our location is out on the Sarkhej Dholka Road, specifically in the Bhat area. It is a bit of a drive to get out here from the main city center, but the space we have is what we need for the work. Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd. has been a familiar name around these parts for quite a long time. The road outside can get pretty dusty with all the big trucks moving back and forth towards Dholka all day long. Our facility is quite large compared to those little shops you see in the city. We have a lot of ground to cover. Just walking from one end of the floor to the other is basically my exercise for the whole day. It is a very practical and busy environment. We have machinery, storage areas, and various offices all mixed together in the same compound. It gets quite loud sometimes, but you eventually get used to the constant hum of the place. We do not do much in the way of fancy talk or big speeches. We just focus on the production and getting the batches out on the trucks on time. The sun gets really hot out on this road during the afternoons. Everyone here just puts their head down and does their job. It is not always easy and the hours can be long.
