Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd Dholka

This branch is located way up in Village Banachak, which is in the Teh Bishnah area of Jammu. It is a different pace of life here compared to the big cities. The air is a bit fresher and things move a little slower, which is nice. We are part of the Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd Dholka group, but we are tucked away in this district of Jammu and Kashmir. The address can be a bit tricky to find if you are not from around the district, but the locals all know where Banachak is. We have a small team here working out of this spot. The building is solid and does the job for what we need. We get a lot of local weather, sometimes it gets quite cold in the winter months, so we have to bundle up while we work. Most of the people working here are from the nearby villages. It is a practical setup without any of the extra stuff you see in fancy offices. We spend our days making sure the operations are moving along. There isn't much noise around here other than the occasional tractor or birds. It feels like a very grounded place to work. We have our routines and we stick to them. It is just a regular part of the local landscape now, and we are quite content with how things are set up in this corner of India.
