We are out on the Sarkhej-Dholka Road in the Bhat area. This location is a bit away from the main city center, so it’s a bit of a drive for most people who work here. The road is often busy with big trucks and buses, especially in the mornings. Our facility is pretty large since we are a bigger company, but on the inside, it’s just a lot of people doing their specific jobs. We have the labs, the offices, and the storage areas all spread out. It’s a lot of walking if you need to talk to someone in another department. Even though it’s a well-known name, the day-to-day reality is just about following the schedules and making sure the machines are running. We have a cafeteria where everyone gathers, and that’s usually the loudest part of the day. The rest of the time, people are mostly focused on their monitors or their equipment. It can feel a bit repetitive, but that’s the nature of the industry. We don't use any fancy talk about our goals here; we just know what needs to be produced and we try to hit those numbers every week. The surroundings are mostly open land and other industrial spots, so it’s fairly quiet once you get inside the gates and away from the main road. We just keep our heads down and work.
