Cadila Pharma

We are located on the Sarkhej-Dholka Road in the Bhat area. It’s a bit removed from the main congestion of the city, which is nice in some ways but means a longer trip for those living in the center. Cadila Pharma has been operating from this site for a long time. The road outside is wide, and you see a lot of industrial traffic heading towards Dholka. Our facility is a large complex with several different buildings spread out. When you walk in through the main entrance, you can see how much space we actually have. It’s a functional environment. We have a lot of people working different shifts, so there’s always someone coming or going. The canteen is a popular spot during the afternoon break, where everyone catches up on local news and eats their tiffin. We don't really go in for fancy interior design here. The walls are mostly plain, and the furniture is built to last rather than to look good. Being in Bhat means we are surrounded by a bit more greenery than the city offices, though it’s still very much an industrial zone. The wind can pick up quite a bit across the open ground here. We just go about our business every day, making sure the production lines are running as they should. It’s a steady kind of work, and the people here are mostly locals who have been with us for years.
