Cadila Pharma Limited is located along the Sarkhej Dholka road in the Bhat area. It is a busy stretch of road that connects two major points, so we see a lot of people passing through. This part of Bhat is quite industrial and focused on manufacturing. Our site here is one of the places where we handle our pharmaceutical operations. It is a large plot with enough room for our equipment and staff. The surroundings are mostly other industrial units and some patches of land. We spend our time monitoring the lines and making sure everything is running. It is a lot of hands-on work. The noise of the machinery is something you stop noticing after the first week of working here. We have a small office area for the paperwork, but most of the action is in the back. The weather affects us quite a bit, especially when it rains and the road outside gets muddy. We just wear our boots and keep going. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone trying to make the place look like a luxury office. It is a place of labor and practical results. We take pride in the fact that we show up every day and do the job without any fuss. It is a simple, hardworking environment for everyone involved. Sometimes we stay late when a big order needs to go out, but that is just part of the routine we follow every week.
