Busted Bakers Llp

You can find us at unit 107 in the Satyam Society, right on that busy 100 Feet Road in Satellite. We are bakers, so we are usually up and moving while most of Ahmedabad is still asleep. The ovens in the back make the whole place warm, which is nice in the winter but pretty tough during the summer months. We handle a lot of flour and sugar, so there’s always a fine white dust on everything, even the chairs. The shop is near Krushna Society, and we get a lot of local folks walking by. We don't have a fancy storefront with neon lights. It’s just a practical space where we make bread and cakes. Sometimes the timers all go off at once and it’s a bit of a scramble to get things out before they burn. We’ve had some mishaps, like the time the delivery bike got a flat tire right in front of the gate. We just keep at it though. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting heavy bags and kneading dough. Our hands are usually covered in something, whether it’s flour or bits of dough. We like the neighborhood here in Vejalpur. It feels like home to us. Just a regular bakery doing its thing on a corner. Most days we are just trying to keep the shelves full and the customers happy without overcomplicating the whole process.
