B.J. Medical College

You’ll find us at the New Civil Hospital in Asarwa. It’s a busy place, mostly because we are right there with the hospital. There are always people moving around, whether they are students, doctors, or patients. It doesn't really ever stop. The college part of the building has been around for a long time, and you can tell by looking at the walls and the floors. We have labs and lecture halls that see a lot of use every single day. Being in Asarwa means we are in a crowded part of the city, so getting here in the morning can be a bit of a struggle with the traffic. The students are always carrying books or wearing their white coats, heading from one ward to another. It’s not a quiet place to work, but that’s just how it is in a medical setting. We deal with a lot of paperwork and administrative stuff in the office to keep things running. The cafeteria is usually packed during lunch, and that’s where you hear most of the gossip and talk. We don't have fancy decorations or anything. Everything is practical and meant for learning or working. It’s a bit chaotic at times, especially when the hospital is full, but we just keep going. It’s just the daily life of a medical college in the middle of a city. People come here to learn the trade and spend most of their years inside these buildings.
