Bi Pharma Tech. Our workshop is located in the Abhishek Industrial Estate in Odhav. If you know Odhav, you know it’s a place where things get made. The whole estate is full of the sounds of machinery and trucks moving in and out. Our spot isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a standard industrial unit with a heavy metal door. Inside, we have our equipment and workbenches where we handle the technical side of the pharma business. It can get pretty loud and hot during the day, especially in the summer months. We mostly focus on the production and technical parts of the medicine trade. There’s usually a bit of oil on the floor or some dust from the packing materials. We don't have an office with carpets or fancy chairs. It’s a place for working with your hands and making sure the machines are running properly. We spend a lot of time checking the gauges and making sure everything is up to the mark. The guys here have been working together for a long time, so we have a good rhythm. We grab lunch at the local canteens in the estate where the food is simple and filling. Odhav is a bit far from the main city, but it’s where the real work happens. We just stay focused on our tasks and try to get the orders out on time.
