Out here at the Cadila Corporate Campus on Sarkhej- Dholka Road, things stay pretty busy from morning until evening. Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is the name on the main gate. It is a large area with several buildings spread out. The road gets a lot of trucks and workers commuting back and forth every single day. We spend most of our time inside the labs and the offices handling the day-to-day operations. It is not the kind of place where you see a lot of flashy signs or people standing around. Everyone has their specific job to do. The campus has some trees and spots where you can sit for a minute, but mostly it is about getting the work out. Being on Sarkhej- Dholka Road means we are a bit away from the main city noise, which is nice sometimes. You can see the facility from quite a distance when you are driving down the road. We have a lot of people coming in for shifts at different hours. It is a big operation, but we try to keep things running smooth without making a big fuss about it. We don't really do the whole corporate talk thing much internally; we just focus on the tasks we have. Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd. has been part of this landscape for quite some time now.
