Bharati Refactory

Bharati Refactory is based in office number 117 over at Sahadev Plot. We are right across from the Shreyas Complex in the Vejalpur area, not too far from Jivraj Park. It is a busy part of town with a lot of small businesses squeezed together. We handle refractory materials, which basically means stuff that can take a lot of heat without melting. It is a specific kind of work, and we have been doing it from this same office for a while. Usually, the phone is ringing or someone is dropping by to talk about a furnace or a kiln they need parts for. The office isn't very big, but it serves us well enough for managing the orders. We have some samples laying around on the desks and it can get a bit cluttered during the busy months. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we know the local shops and the tea stalls pretty well. We aren't trying to be some big corporation. We just want to make sure the materials we supply are what people actually need for their high-heat jobs. Sometimes the traffic in Vejalpur makes it a bit slow for deliveries, but we manage. We spend a lot of time talking to customers about the different grades of bricks and linings. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We just keep our heads down and do the job as best as we can every single day. We are just regular folks.
