Bhagyoday Metals Pvt. Ltd. is located at C-1/522 in the G.I.D.C. Estate. It’s a typical industrial zone where everyone is busy with their own production. Our building is a simple structure made for utility. We deal with metal here, so the environment is very hands-on. There is always the sound of something being moved or processed. We have a small staff that keeps things going. Most of us have been here long enough that we don't need to talk much about the process. We just know the drill. The office area is just a corner with some files and a phone. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they are also in the estate. The heat can be a bit much in the summer, especially with the machinery, but we have some fans to keep the air moving. It’s a very grounded way of working. No one wears suits here. We wear what is practical for the job. The days are long sometimes, but there is a satisfaction in seeing the final product ready to go. We just keep our heads down, do the work, and go home.
