Bhagwati Steel Furniture Bhumi Enterprise

We are set up over at 146 Bileshwar Estate. It’s right on the Odhav Ring Road, which is a good spot for us because it's easy for transport. We are right opposite the G V M M building in Odhav. Most of what we do involves steel furniture and the enterprise stuff. The workshop is usually loud with the sound of metal being moved around or worked on. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, but it’s a workshop, so that’s expected. We’ve got different pieces of furniture sitting around in various stages of being finished. We started this because we knew how to work with steel. There’s no big philosophy behind it, just making things that people can use. The Ring Road gets really busy with heavy trucks, so there’s always a lot of dust and noise coming from the street. We’re usually here from early morning till late evening. Sometimes we stay later if there's a lot to finish. It’s just a small crew of us working here. We don't really have a front office or a receptionist. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see one of us covered in shop dust. We just handle things as they come. People from around Odhav know where we are. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. Nothing too special to look at, just a regular estate unit where we put in our hours every day.
