We set up shop here in Nava Wadaj quite some time ago, right near the Abhinandan Apartment. If you know the New Swaminarayan Temple, we are just across from there, tucked behind Parth Tower. It’s a noisy place because we are always working with iron and steel, cutting things down to size or welding bits together for local construction jobs. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings and the smell of grease is pretty constant, but that’s what happens in a workshop like ours. We make basic things like gates, window grills, and frames for people in the neighborhood who are building or fixing their homes. It’s not a polished factory; it’s more of a hands-on yard where we get our hands dirty every single day. Most of our tools have been with us for years and they still work just fine for what we need. We don’t spend money on fancy advertisements because most people just find us by walking past or hearing about us from a neighbor who needed a repair. The heat from the welding can get intense in the afternoons, but we just keep at it until the job is finished. We take our work seriously but we aren't formal people at all. If you drop by, you'll probably find us in our work clothes, busy with a grinder or a heavy hammer. It's honest work and it keeps the lights on for us and our families.
