Bhagwati Fabrication

Our shop is located on Narol-Vatva Road, right across from Jalaram Estate. Most people know the area because of the old post office that’s nearby. Bhagwati Fabrication has been operating out of this space for some time now. It’s a bit of a noisy environment, which I guess is expected when you’re dealing with metal and tools all day long. We have the big doors open most of the time to let the air circulate, especially when it gets hot in the afternoons. You can hear the sounds of the road and the grinding coming from inside. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. We have our benches and our welding gear and piles of materials waiting to be used. Sometimes the traffic on the road gets so backed up that we just watch the cars crawl by while we take a break. The floors are usually covered in some kind of metal shavings or dust, no matter how much we sweep. It’s just the nature of fabrication work. We deal with whatever comes through the door, usually stuff for local builders or people who need something fixed. It’s honest work and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. The neighbors are mostly other workshops and small businesses, so we all get along fine. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy, just the name and the work we do every day.
