Benchmark Hr Solutions is located right here in Ahmedabad, India. We don’t have a big fancy address to show off, but we are deeply rooted in this city. Our work is all about human resources, which mostly involves us sitting around and figuring out how to help companies manage their people better. It’s a lot of paperwork and even more talking on the phone. Ahmedabad is a fast-moving place, and we try to keep up with that pace every day. We aren't some giant international firm with thousands of employees; we are just a local team that knows how things work around here. Most of our mornings start with a lot of coffee and a pile of emails. We don't like using a lot of big words to explain what we do. If a company needs help with their staff or someone needs a job, we just try to bridge that gap. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. The weather here can get really hot, so we spend a lot of time inside our office making sure everything is running smoothly. We’ve seen the city change a lot over the years, but the way people work stays pretty much the same. We just provide the support they need to get through their workday.
