Processo Plast Ent Pvt. Ltd. is located over at Az, Arvind Estate. We’re right Nr. Indica Lab. Bapunagar, Ahmedabad 380025. It’s a proper industrial estate, so there’s always the sound of machinery and the smell of manufacturing in the air. We work with plastics here, doing various types of processing and molding. The setup we have is pretty straightforward. We’ve got the machines on one side and a small partitioned area for the office work on the other. It gets quite warm in the summer, as you can imagine being in Ahmedabad, but the fans keep things moving. We aren't trying to be a high-tech startup with bean bags and espresso machines. We just have sturdy workbenches and people who know how to operate the equipment. Most of our workers have been with us for years and live in the surrounding Bapunagar neighborhoods. We spend our days looking at molds, checking how the plastic runs came out, and making sure the machines are maintained well enough to keep running through the next shift. Arvind Estate is a busy place, and we’re just one of many small units trying to do a good job day in and day out. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in our work clothes, probably in the middle of a production run. It’s simple, steady work, and we don't feel the need to dress it up as anything more than that. We just focus on the plastics.
