Bankim Pathak

Bankim Pathak is the name on the door here at 301 Pratiksha Commercial Complex. We’re located in the Paldi area, right near the Mahalaxmi Cross Road. If you know the Shalimar Complex, we are directly opposite that. It’s a busy intersection, so there’s always something to see out the window. Our office is on the third floor, unit 301. It’s a standard commercial building with a lot of other small businesses around us. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten to know the neighbors. The work we do involves a lot of sitting at desks and talking to people who come by. We don’t really go for anything flashy or high-tech in the office. It’s just a practical space with the basics. Paldi is a central enough location that most people can find us without too much trouble. Sometimes the parking downstairs can be a bit of a squeeze, but that’s just part of being in this part of town. We don’t have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just open up in the morning and do what needs to be done. It’s a simple setup and it works for us. We like the local feel of the neighborhood and the fact that there are always people moving around the crossroad. It’s a solid place to be based for our daily business. We've stayed in this unit for years now and it's plenty of space for us.
