Balajee Pharmaceutical Engineers

We are based at 10, Techno Estate Ctm. It is an industrial area, so it’s not the prettiest place to look at, but it works for what we do at Balajee Pharmaceutical Engineers. There is always the sound of machinery or trucks idling nearby. Our workshop is usually a bit messy with parts, tools, and metal scraps laying around, but that is just part of the engineering life. We spend a lot of time getting our hands dirty and making sure the equipment is built the way it needs to be. It is not a clean, air-conditioned office environment most of the time. We are more comfortable out on the floor than sitting behind a desk. We’ve got a small crew here and everyone knows their way around a wrench. We don’t really do much in the way of advertising; most of our work comes from people who have known us for a long time. It can get pretty hot in the estate during the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. There is always something that needs fixing or a new project that needs planning. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. We’re just workers who know how to build things. When a job is done, we clear the space and start on the next one. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from morning till night. We like it that way and hope to keep it going.
