Our place, Avyaya Pharma Pvt. Ltd., is out in the GIDC Phase-4 area of Vatva. You can find us near the Gayatri Bridge at No.44. Being in an industrial zone like this means we are surrounded by other factories and workshops. It gets pretty dusty and loud around here with all the trucks moving in and out, but that is just life in Vatva. We have been operating from this building for a good while. Inside, it’s mostly about the machinery and the production lines. We don't spend money on decorative things because the work is what matters. The staff usually gets here early to beat the heavy traffic near the bridge. We handle various pharma processes and it takes a lot of attention to keep things running right. Sometimes a machine breaks down or a shipment is delayed, and we just have to roll up our sleeves and fix it. It isn't a glamorous job, but it is steady. The office part is small, just enough space for the computers and some files. We eat our lunch together and then get back to the floor. It’s a busy environment where everyone knows their role. We’ve seen the GIDC area change over the years, more buildings popping up, but our routine stays pretty much the same. Just getting the batches done and keeping the facility moving along every week in this part of town without making a big scene.
