Autonation Stampings

Autonation Stampings sits at Plot No. 1221 in Phase 3 of Gidc Vatva. It’s a busy part of town where everyone seems to be making something out of metal. Our building is one of those typical industrial units you see all over Vatva. We spend most of the day around the heavy stamping machines, so it’s never really quiet here. You get used to the rhythm of the presses after a while. The floors aren't perfectly clean because that’s just what happens when you’re working with steel and oil every day. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. It’s just us doing the stamping work and making sure the parts look like they are supposed to. Sometimes the trucks waiting to load up block the narrow road outside, which can be a bit of a headache. We usually have our lunch together in a small corner of the shop floor. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s honest work and we’ve been at it for years. The neighbors are all doing similar stuff, so we all know each other. If someone needs a hand or a specific tool, we usually help out. Vatva is a gritty place, and we are just a small part of that scene at Plot 1221. We do our job and go home to our families when the shift is over. It is just the way we have always worked here without any complaints.
