Asva Exim Pvt. Ltd. operates out of room 406 in the Aatish Annexe, which is just off C. G. Road. It is a very busy part of the city. There is always a lot of noise and movement right outside our doors. We spend our days dealing with the ins and outs of the export business. This involves a lot of coordination with different people. We have to make sure all the boxes are ticked before things leave. We do not have a huge staff here. It is just a few of us who have been doing this for a long time. The office is functional and gets the job done. We have shelves full of folders and some old maps pinned to the walls. It is not the kind of place where you would find fancy furniture, but we are comfortable. Most of our day is spent communicating with clients and checking on where shipments are located. Sometimes things do not go exactly as planned. We have to spend the afternoon fixing a mistake or tracking down a late delivery. That is just the nature of this kind of work. We do not try to make it sound like more than it is. We provide a service and we stay on top of it. C. G. Road is a great location for trade, even if the parking is a real headache. We just show up and get to work.
