If you're looking for Malani Impex, you have to head up to the third floor of Ratna Business Square. We're right across from H.K. College on Ashram Road. The elevator sometimes acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more often than we'd like. Our office, number 326, isn't huge, but it fits us just fine. It gets a bit loud with the traffic from Ashram Road downstairs. We spend most of our time on the phones or typing away at old computers. There’s always a stack of invoices on the corner of my desk that never seems to shrink. We deal with imports and exports, mostly managing the logistics side of things. It’s a lot of back and forth with suppliers. Sometimes the shipments are late, and we have to scramble to figure out why. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just the daily grind of trade. Most of us bring lunch from home and eat while we work. The view out the window is just the college and the street, nothing special. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it looks like a paper storm hit the place. We’ve been in this building for a bit now and know the security guards pretty well. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do a decent job every day. It isn't perfect, but we make it work somehow.
