Arise Solution

Arise Solution is located over in Bodakdev, which is a fairly nice part of Ahmedabad. We are up on the 8th floor of Rajvansh Appts, in unit 801 to be exact. Being in an apartment complex for an office is actually quite nice because it feels a bit more relaxed than a cold commercial building. From our windows, you can see a fair bit of the surrounding area, and it’s usually pretty bright during the day. We’ve been here for some time now, focusing on recruitment and helping people find their way into different jobs. The atmosphere in the office is pretty laid back. We aren't the type to wear suits and ties every day. Mostly, it’s just us making calls, checking through resumes, and trying to match people up with what they are looking for. Sometimes the lift in the building takes forever, so we end up waiting around and chatting with the neighbors. Gujarat summers can be tough, but the air conditioning in the office keeps us going. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls, just the stuff we need to stay organized. It’s a straightforward operation. We just like to get things right for the people who come to us. It feels good when things work out and someone gets a job they actually wanted. That’s pretty much what we do here every day in unit 801. There isn't much more to it than that.
